Mellow

Length: 2:38. An electronic rendition of Scarlatti's famous aria, "Gia il sole dal Gange", as arranged by myself. The text, although not sung here, is about watching the sun rise over the Ganges River. The recording was made with stock instruments from Ableton Live.

Mellow and reflective, a character piece. Played by yours truly on an electric Yamaha.

Written after watching a bunch of people playing their guitars on YouTube, specifically Lauren of the Moaning Myrtles. I played it myself and recorded it with a mini digital recorder but couldn't seem to quite get out all the background noise.
